This is a spooky place during the day – i can’t imagine what it would be like at night. This cemetery houses the graves of people from the area that were around for the Gold Rush. Many of the tombstones are from the 1800s, some of the most worn ones have been replaced somewhat recently it looks like.

There appears to be a lot of evidence, or lack there of, that things have basically been left alone since the late 1800s.
