Cleaning Leaves, Pescadero, CA

This stream had been neglected for many months, there were blockades of leaves everywhere, but when we left the increased sound from the running water was nearly deafening
Yesterday (Sunday) morning i went up into the marin headlands to drive around, drink coffee, listen to music and look for photographs. It was a strange day as the as weather modulated between cold, wet and foggy, and hot and sunny. Typically it’s cold wet and foggy early on, and then around noon shifts to warm and sunny. This constant shift caused me some problems with both the photographs and the state of the car windows.

Maybe tomorrow i’ll get around to developing the pictures. This evening was reserved for finally fixing the kitchen sink. Put your hands together for the Drain King. It has certainly earned it’s greatly revered place in our castle.

Little did i know that as i was driving through the headlands wondering if i should leave my jacket in the car or not when i walked down the next trail that i’d driving by this guy – who no doubt was contemplating whether or not to leave something else in the car.
