Union Square, San Francisco

It’s the time of year where things like this start happening…

Egg Nog Latte: It doesn’t matter if you’re at the Starbucks in the strip mall, the Starbucks in the real mall, or the little indy coffee shop on the corner (or even the semi-corporate chain) there’s an Egg Nog Latte. I’ve had two of them before – in past years – i’ve always felt quite sick afterwards. I’ll take my Egg Nog in a glass with a bit of whiskey thank you very much.

Crazy people shopping: Who needs to spend $1000 at the freaking Gap? Old Navy? Everywhere? Downtown San Francisco was rife with the big spenders today. I don’t understand at all, but i enjoy passing through while it’s going on for some reason.

Tree Trim: (see photo) Every year this happens downtown. Several years ago someone from my alma mater (one of them anyway) flew over a forest up north in a helicopter picking out New York’s Tree. I don’t know where this one came from, but it is nice, although strange that it’s essentially christmas time and it was 75 degrees all day. I don’t deal with that so well. I feel like i’m at Disney World or something.

It’s been a while since i updated eh? (Again) There may be some glimmer of hope that the majority of my work things are over for a little while. I’ll find out (mostly) for sure tomorrow morning. This photo is the 4th one i’ve taken with a new camera. It’s quite exciting actually. I hope that over the next few days there’ll be many many more.
