I was able to stop off at the Hoover Dam while in the Nevada/Arizona area back in May. I was struck by the enormity of these overflow drains. This is a spooky place during the day – i can’t imagine what it would be like at night. This cemetery houses the graves of people from the area that were around for the Gold Rush.
